Meribel in the French Alps is a charming skiing village, offering visitors a great variety of dining options from Le Cep, Brasserie le 80, to more casual options such as Barometer known for its pizza’s. Cheese lovers head to Le Clos Bernard especially on a warm day to enjoy the sun deck for lunch, located in the heart of the Altiport forest in Méribel, accessible by ski, foot or horse-drawn carriage so good for non-skiers. One of our favourites, Le Blanchot has long been considered one of the finest restaurants in the Méribel valley, with a loyal clientele who return year after year to enjoy superior gastronomy in beautiful surroundings. Great location for non-skiers again. Those wanting a more upscale option can head to L’Ekrin, which bears the coveted Michelin star. Those wishing to party head to La Fruitière, part of the Folie Douce complex, if you want to start your après-ski early!!! Whether you’re looking for traditional French cuisine or international flavours, Meribel has something to suit every taste and budget.

Maya Altitude

Maya Altitude Restaurant is located on the slopes of the best ski area in the world: The 3 Valleys. Situated at 2300 metres of altitude at the top of the Tougnète chairlift, it has a vast terrace offering a 360-degree view of the Belleville Valley and Mont Blanc.

Beefbar

La Folie Douce

With its stylish décor of white enamel milk churns, exposed zinc pipework, antique tiling and dairy-styled fittings, La Fruitière has a special atmosphere. Head chef Franck Mischler offers something equally special with his fine yet rich cuisine. The menu is locally sourced, inviting customers to explore the wealth of regional Savoyard delicacies. La Fruitière transforms simple fare into a wholesome, gourmet experience.

Le Clos Bernard

Located in the heart of the Altiport forest in Méribel, accessible by ski, foot or horse-drawn carriage, come and discover this magical lace full of sunshine. Quality service, gourmet menu, grilled meats by the fireplace, regional dishes and homemade creations. In our restaurant, the Chef works with fresh produce and offers you grilled meats cooked in the fireplace, dishes combining traditional flavours and know-how.

Le Grand Coeur

Le Petit Montagnard offers a warm and friendly ambiance. Chef Ludovic Escaich serves all manner of original, gourmet dishes. At lunchtime, he serves a wide range of dishes created from regional ingredients. He draws his inspiration from traditions, creating the favourite dishes of extraordinary characters such as Amédée VIII (1383-1451), Duke of Savoy, who reigned over one of the most illustrious courts in Europe and Maître Chiquart, his head chef.

Enjoy a range of the Chef’s delicious dishes with family and friends and let yourself be tempted by his fabulous dessert trolley. From the dining room or from your comfortable seat on the south-facing terrace, drink in the views of the women’s 1992 Winter Olympics downhill run or the peak of Mont Vallon at 2300 m.

Lilie

Ideally located at the “Rond-Point des Pistes”, Lilie succeeds the iconic Bistrot de L’Orée. You will find Hélène and Sylvain at the helm of this concept mixing bar, restaurant and catering shop, all in a cosy and warm atmosphere like at home. The central bar growing a spirit of old wood and black metal will allow you to taste wines by the glass, cocktails and small bites. On restaurant side: home-made French cuisine “simple and good” Open kitchen and fireplace corner to warm up or beautiful sunny terrace facing the slopes, you will have the choice of heart or reason. You will also find a catering shop on site with a fine selection of ripened cheeses, fine meats, home-cooked or home-delivered dishes… and a wine cellar full of surprises.

With a truly international atmosphere, the warm, vibrant & stylish Barometer is right at the heart of the Three Valleys.
